My husband and I were in the market for a new plush mattress. Chloe was our highly knowledgeable design consultant who steered us in the right direction. We spent time testing out a couple different models and landed on a Beauty Rest Black Series. On the day of delivery, Malachi and Sammy were professional and quite personable when they set-up the new platform and mattress. It’s nice to see a local business that personalizes the buying process and doesn’t leave the customer feeling like a number.

We had never been to Fallon's, which I'm sure will surprise many. Our furniture shopping usually consisted of visits to other stores in the Nashua area. Going to Fallon's for the first time was a surprisingly pleasant furniture-shopping experience. Mariah was exceptionally helpful without being pushy at all; pushy sales reps make us leave an establishment. She explained each piece we looked at and we were most delighted to learn the ones we liked were made in the USA. Prices were comparable to what we saw at those "other" places, but I think what sold us on Fallon's was Mariah's demeanor. Her patience while I looked through SO MANY fabric options as we also joked and chatted amiably with her and Jenna (hope I got her name right) made the entire experience a pleasure. We saw a piece we liked on Thursday and returned on Friday to make the purchase. We can't wait to get our new accent chair!

I've had good experience with Fallons in the [fairly long-ago] past so went back there now when I was looking for some bedroom stuff. Saleslady Chloe spent a lot of time and effort and expertise helping me and I think we left no stone unturned. Note this is only about the ordering process this time, the proof after delivery is yet to come, but using past experience is a guide, I am optimistic.

I had been shopping for 'just the right' recliner for over 2 years. I wanted a chair that met the needs of my neck and spine issues and was going to 'be there for me' as I enter my aging years. But when I'm going to drop over $1500-$2000 on a piece of furniture, that's a lot of money to me, so I wanted to BE SURE I was getting what I wanted/needed. I can be guilty of 'analysis paralysis' and never ultimately deciding. But I was determined this time to MAKE a choice. I went to ALL the furniture stores I knew, and finally decided that a Flexsteel was my choice. I found 2 I liked, initially at Fallons, but shopped around for price comparison. I must have gone into Fallons 4-5 times just to sit in the chairs to make sure these 'were the ones' and trying to decide which one exactly. Fallons was always welcoming, friendly and encouraged me to take my time, and let me be, as I went from one chair to another like Goldilocks. After multiple visits I finally ended up deciding on the Henry, but at the 11th hour a friend told me about another store to try. I drove an hour away, and they gave me a bit of a lower price, but to be fair, I called Fallons and told them the situation and they were willing to price match the cost and delivery. Continually throughout this process, I interacted particularly with Brian, and he was very helpful and honest. I thought 'FINALLY, it was a done deal'. HOWEVER, once the chair was delivered- by two excellent fellows- I realized I tried the chair out while wearing my shoes at the store, and at home, barefoot, my feet just barely touched the floor- not good for your knees. I called and spoke with Jenna and I was in the 24 hour window for an exchange and she was so understanding and didn't make me feel guilty or stupid. I went back to the store and Jenna could tell I wasn't quite happy with my original 'second' choice and showed me a new alternative chair that came in, and it was even MORE PERFECT! Great family business. Always best for me. Customer service: not possible to do better. Attention to details and communication and patience with new uneducated recliner purchase is best I've seen. Chloe put all pieces together patiently and thoroughly. No upsell effort. No pressure. Told her when leaving " you are a treasure" a pleasure to write the check!!

After searching online and visiting other furniture stores in my area, I chose Fallon Furniture over the others. I was greeted by a young woman whose name is Chloe and who is my sales person. Chloe was very knowledgeable and patient with me and I ended up getting exactly what I was looking for. Thank you, Chloe. My new Flexsteel sofa arrived sooner than I expected, which was nice. I was notified ahead of time by Fallon Furniture regarding the window of time it may be delivered. It was delivered in a timely manner, Which was a good thing since we had a major snowstorm the next day. The gentlemen who delivered the sofa did a great job taking care not to damage the sofa and setting it up as promised. They were polite and knowledgeable of the product. At my age, I may not need any more furniture, but if I did, I would shop at Fallon again and highly recommend it to anyone else who is looking for quality furniture and excellent service. Thank you

Mariah, Chloe and Jenna we’re all awesome. Their expertise was appreciated while making my dining room selections. No pressure sales was a big plus for me. I would highly recommend Fallon‘s furniture and La-Z-Boy to anyone looking for quality furniture.
